摘要
论证了区域公共卫生服务经费需求测算方法研究的必要性,介绍了相关概念。从供方和需方两个角度,对现有测算方法进行了归纳分类,并对进一步研究提出了建议。
This paper demonstrates the necessity of the study on measuring method for regional fund demand of public health service, and introduces related conceptions. The existing measuring methods have been induced and classified from the angles of provider and consumer. The paper also proposes some suggestions for further research.
