摘要 目的:明确杭州市社区护士岗位的工作特征及任职资格,为科学管理社区护理人员提供依据;发现社区护士岗位中存在的问题,并提出改进建议。方法:采用典型抽样方法,使用《杭州市社区护士岗位工作分析调查问卷》,调查对象为杭州市3个社区卫生服务中心的105名医护人员。结果:社区护士主要承担着医疗护理、健康教育、预防保健等职责,任职者应具有大专以上学历、护士职称,具备较高的综合护理能力、健康教育能力和人际关系能力等。结论:建议建立完善的社区护理教育体系、提高社区护士社会地位等。 Objective: In order to make clear the features and the required qualification of the community nurses' post in community health service center of Hangzhou and identify the problems then propose some countermeasures. Method: "Questionnaire of the job analysis for community nurses's post in hangzhou" was used in this research with typical sampling method. The subjects include 105 community nurses and their colleagues. Results: Community nurse mainly undertakes the responsibility such as medical care,health education and prevention health care; The assignment should have the school record above the technical college and the nurse title, has the high synthesis nursing ability, health education ability and interpersonal relationship ability and so on. Conclusion: the job manual is a scientific basis for selecting, training and evaluating of community nurses, propose some countermeasures such as establish the education system of community nurses and enhances the social position of community nurses.
