College Students' Pioneering Work in Rural Area and New Rural Construction

目前,大学生就业难和新农村建设人才紧缺矛盾并存。大学生农村创业是拓宽大学生就业渠道,支持和推动新农村建设的重要举措。鼓励和引导大学生实现农村创业,应从引导大学生转变就业观,优化政策舆论导向,重视培养农科类人才,加强创业教育等方面入手。

At present, the difficulty in finding jobs for college graduates coexist with the shortage of personnel contributing to rural construction. Working in the rural area for college students is an important means to expand the employment channel and push forward the new rural construction. To encourage college students to work in the rural area, measures should be taken to change their concept of employment, provide preferential employment policy, stress on cultivating personnel majored in agricultural science and strengthen employment education.
