对广西沿海高校专业设置变化的观察与思考

On the Changes of Specialties Setting-up in Institutions of Higher Education in Guangxi Coastal Area

近几年来,广西沿海高校发展海洋类的学科专业,开设与北部湾经济区产业发展相对应的专业,专业设置讲求效益与满足需求并重。但存在着专业同质化和低水平重复的现象,专业设置与产业发展的供需矛盾突出。问题的解决需要政府加大投入,加强引导;调整专业结构,提高专业与经济社会发展的适应度;强化自身优势,创建特色专业;科学建设发展,努力形成良性专业生态。

In these years, institutions of higher education in Guangxi coastal area have developed the specialty of oceanographic, or set up the specialties which are connected with the development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economics Zone. The setting - up of the specialties should be beneficial and meet the demands. But the homogenization and low level repetition of specialties still exist, and the contradiction between setting up specialties and the supply - demand of industrial development is severe. In order to solve the problem, the government should increase the input and strengthen the guidance; adjust the specialty structure, and improve the adaptation of specialty with the social economic development; strengthen self - advantages, and build up specialties scientifically, and strive to form the benign specialties ecology.
