摘要
从钻井作业各环节进一步采取节能减排措施,对企业环境保护极为重要。结合四川油气田钻井作业实际,从生产过程中的八个环节较详细地分析论述了节能减排清洁生产的主要措施,以龙岗10井为清洁生产示范工程,介绍了其清洁生产与节能减排所取得的绩效,处理后水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准,清洁生产主要指标达到中国石油天然气集团公司规定的钻井清洁生产指标的二级指标要求。
It was very important for enterprises to take measures of energy saving and emission reduction in each step of well drilling.Main measures were analyzed on energy saving,emission reduction and cleaner production of eight steps in well drilling process in Sichuan oil-gas field.The well of Longgang 10# was set as an example project of cleaner production,and its achievement was introduced.Its emission met the Grade I of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996)and Grade II of Drilling Cleaner Production Index of CCDC,CNPC,which was worthy of reference for energy saving,emission reduction and cleaner production of oil and natural gas well drilling.
