摘要
为了提高阴式子宫切除术的手术效果，简化手术步骤，缩短手术时间，减少术中出血和术后并发症、我们对61例有手术适应证的患者随机分为两组，分别施行了阴式子宫切除的传统式和改良式的手术。结果证实，阴式子宫切除的改良术与传统术式比较，具有以上诸多优点。是一种安全易行，效果良好，便于推广应用的手术方法。
We performed the operations individually by traditional colpohysterectomy and modified colpohysterectomy in 61 cases of surgical indication by randomized block design in order to improve surgical effect, simplify sursical step, curtail operative time, reduce intraoperative bleeding and postoperative complication of colpohysterectomy. The results showed that modified colpohysterectomy had above advantages compared with traditional skills. It was safe and easy to operate, convenient to use widely and had a good effect.
