求丽缇一词是在汉字文化圈内使用的汉字新译名，它的英文原名词为quilt，直译为被子，行业内也把它叫做工艺绗被。

Quilting,aslo known as quilting arts.Presently,the best-represented quilting works are from the schools of quilting whose main members are female artists in following areas.The so-called shools and their characteristics I mentioned here are from my own comprehension of the quilting works.And it's the first time that'schools'of quilting appears in the cultural circles of chinese characters.
