平衡液在输血前后运用的实验研究

在临床工作中，特别是在小儿及外科补液时，常常遇到平衡液与血液交替输注用来纠正失血性休克，由此引起了大家对平衡液是否能直接用于输血前后的争议。作者通过对平衡液与血液的混合液在不同比例，不同时间下进行动态与静态的实验及观察，结果表明，在流动情况下，它们在输血管内不会发生凝集反应。故此建议，平衡液不失为使用于输血前后的一种好溶液。

In this paper, we experimented and observed the mixsolomtion of the blance solution and blood with different from ratio and under different time fendency and state, The result showing under flow situation, they can not nappened agglutinate. For this reason, we suggest that blance solontion is aggood solontion apply before and after blood tranfusion.
