16例原发性肝癌患者介入治疗的护理体会

Nursing experience of undergoing intervention therapy to primary hepatic carcinoma patients

目的 总结原发性肝癌患者介入治疗的护理经验。方法 回顾性分析65例原发性肝癌患者行肝动脉栓塞化疗189次前后的护理资料。结果 由于护理措施得当，处理及时，本组未发生不能恢复的并发症，患者满意，效果好。结论 做好原发性肝癌患者介入治疗的护理，是保证手术治疗成功的重要因素。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of undergoing intervention therapy to primary hepatic carcinoma patients. Methods To analyze the data of 189 transeatheter arterial chemoembolization in 65 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma patients retrospectively. Results All patients can actively cooperate to complete intervention therapy, and no complications occurred because of effective nursing care and in timely treatment. Conclusion Effective nursing care is a very important factor for undergoing intervention therapy to primary hepatic carcinoma patients.
