摘要
阐述了斯特伯格的发展历程,分析了斯特伯格的经营业绩和市场分布情况,介绍了斯特伯格的业务范围。从组织架构、风险管理、员工管理和技术创新管理四个方面剖析了斯特伯格的企业管理状况,并对其成功因素进行了分析。在借鉴其成功经验的基础上,对我国建筑企业的未来发展提出了几点建议。
This paper introduced the development history of Strabag SE. The business performance and market distribution were analyzed. The management situations were discussed from four aspects such as organization structure, risk management, personnel management and technology innovation. Based on the reference to the successful experiences, this paper proposed some suggestions for the future development of Chinese construction enterprises.
