Skanska, as one of the world largest contractors, has advanced development strategy which has reference significance for the development of Chinese construction enterprises. This paper analyzed the overall situation of Skanska through an overview of the enterprise, the development history as well as the business market. The development characteristics of organizational structure, expansion strategy, risk management and objectives management were clarified. The experiences that can be referred by Chinese construction enterprises were summarized.
