基于SWOT和AHP的监理公司开展代建业务研究

Study on Supervision Company' agent-construction based on SWOT and AHP

监理公司是承担代建业务的最佳主体,也是适应建筑管理发展的需要。文章首先使用SWOT分析方法得出监理公司开展代建业务的外部机会、威胁和内部优势与不足。然后使用AHP分析方法对SWOT分析结果的各指标进行量化。这样,该研究方法就将定性分析和定量分析相结合。最后制定出AHP法分析SWOT结果的步骤,并辅之以东林监理例证,得出东林监理开展代建业务的可行性。文章的研究思路可以为后续相关研究提供铺垫。

Supervision Company is the best body of taking on agent-construction which meets the demand of future development of construction management. This paper first used SWOT method to analyze strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of the supervision company＇ agent-construction. Then, the AHP was adopted for the quantitative analysis of SWOT results. The method integrates qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Finally, the analysis steps were presented. The case of Donglin Supervision Company was used to show its supervision company＇ agent-construction.
