半夏泻心汤加减治疗Hp相关性慢性萎缩性胃炎47例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Correlated to Hp,A Report of 47 Cases

目的:观察加味半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效。方法:运用加味半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性慢性萎缩性胃炎47例连服4～8周。结果:Hp清除37例(占78.72%),显效7例(占14.89%),有效3例(占6.38%),全部有效,其中,腺体轻中度萎缩患者的清除率高于腺体重度萎缩患者。结论:加味半夏泻心汤能够有效清除幽门螺杆菌,促进胃炎愈合。

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire on chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Method： 47 cases with chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） correlated to Hp were treated by Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire, and the treatment course was 4 to 8 weeks. Result： 37 cases were cured, 7 cases were excellent, and 3 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 100%. The clearance rate was higher in mild to moderate glandular organ atrophy than in severe glandular organ atrophy. Conclusion： Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire can clear up Helicobacter pylori （Hp） effectively and promote gastritis to heal.
