中西医结合治疗支原体肺炎80例

Clinical Observation of Combination of TCM with Western Medicine on Eaton's Pneumonia,A Report of 80 Cases

目的:观察中西医结合治疗支原体肺炎的疗效。方法:治疗组80例运用口服中药、静滴丹参注射液与常规治疗结合,对照组72例常规治疗,观察两组肺炎治愈时间。结果:治疗组症状、体征、退热时间明显缩短,均优于对照组(P<0.01或0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗支原体肺炎有很好的疗效,可缩短治疗时间,调节机体免疫功能。

Objective ： To observe the effect of combination of TCM with western medicine on Eaton＇ s pneumonia. Method： 80 cases in treatment group were treated by taking Chinese medicine orally, injecting Inj Salvia mihiorrhiza and conventional therapy. 72 cases in control group were done by conventional therapy. The curing time was observed. Result： In treatment group symptoms and signs were improved markedly, and pyretolysis time was shortened. The effect was better in treatment group than in control group （P 〈 0.01 or 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The effect of combination of TCM with Western medicine is good on Eaton＇s pneumonia. The time of therapy is shortened and immune function is regulated.
