摘要
CDR即呼叫详细记录是NGN监测系统中上层应用的基础数据,简化了监测系统存储海量的信令数据,可以准确、全面地反映通信网运行状况。以H.248信令为例,介绍了由原始信令合成SDR,CDR的技术,对该合成算法进行了仿真,实验结果证明了该设计方法的可靠可行性。
CDR （Calling Detail Records） is the basis data of the upper application in the NGN monitor system, simplifying the mass storage of data in the system. It reflects the operation of the telecommunication network accurately and comprehensively. This paper, taking H. 248 signaling for example, introduces the technology of the original signals synthesize SDR and CDR. Experiment shows that the method is reliable and feasible
