摘要 为观察体外葡萄糖含量对白念珠菌芽管形成的影响,制定合适的浓度。对经18h碳、氮饥饿试验的白念珠菌在含不同浓度的葡萄糖培养基中的芽管形成百分率、糖及氧的代谢状况、pH变化作了详细观察。结果显示最适宜白念珠菌产生芽管的葡萄糖浓度为1g/L,此时氧及糖的消耗代谢率最大。 Objgective In order to observe the glucose influence on germ tube (GT) production in C.albicans in vitro.Method Optimal concentration of glucose for GT production was made.After 18h of starvation for the isolate,GT production,amount of consumed glucose,oxygen and the pH of medium were checked every hour from the beginning through the end of the expriment.Result Optimal GT production was obtained with 1g/L of glucose.At this concentration the greatest glucose and oxygen consumption was also noted.Conclusion This data may support the hypothesis that GT production is strictly glucose dependent.
