摘要
SCS-500E安全稳定控制平台是根据特高压交流同步电网的特点和要求,利用现代电子技术和通信技术研制开发的新一代分层分布式安全稳定控制平台。介绍了该平台的系统构架、硬件组成和软件结构;对其基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的高速同步串行通信和基于本地电气量的无故障跳闸新判据及定值映射管理等特点做了阐述;对SCS-500E安全稳定控制平台针对国家特高压线路示范试验工程进行的动模试验和数字仿真试验进行了说明;还介绍了该平台的工程应用情况。
According to the characteristics and requirements of the UHV power grid, as well as the development of modern electronic technology and communication technology, SCS-500E security and stability control system is designed. The general platform structure of hardware and software of the SCS-500E security and stability control system is introduced. Some techniques, such as, the characteristics of SCS-500E--high-speed communication based on FPGA, criterion of non-fault line tripping based on local electrical measurements and management of set-value mapped, are described. The digital and physical simulation for the national model UHV AC project with SCS-500E system is presented, The applications of the SCS-500E system on field projects are also included.
