摘要
在微波辐射下采用一种模板剂P123(EO20PO70EO20)合成出双介孔分子筛。微波辐射功率及辐射时间分别为140 W和0.5 h。XRD,BET,SEM及TEM表征技术证实了样品具有两种介孔孔道分布的结构特征。研究表明适量的模板剂及微波辐射对双介孔骨架结构的形成起着决定性的作用。
A bimodal mesoporous molecular sieves was synthesized using triblock copolymer P 123 (EO20PO70EO20 ) as the template under microwave-hydrothermal conditions at 140 W for 0.5 h. The product was characterized by XRD, BET, SEM and TEM techniques. The results showed that there were two kinds of mesopores in the structure of sample. The presence of an appropriate quantity of surfactant (P123) and microwave irradition contributed to the formation of the bimodal mesoporous structure.
