摘要
应用TG,TG-DSC-FTIR-MS联用技术和热裂解原位RSFT-IR技术研究了2,4-二硝基咪唑铅(PDNI)的热分解机理.结果表明,PDNI在102℃附近脱除分子内配位水,生成Pb(DNI)2;在284℃附近C—NO2断裂,生成NO2,咪唑环开环,伴随发生强烈的氧化放热反应,生成CO2,N2O和铅盐与咪唑残余基团形成的复杂混合物或多聚烃类化合物;在300~400℃范围内,PDNI继续缓慢分解,生成CO2,N2O和Pb[NCO]2;升温至410℃以上,PDNI分解生成CO和Pb[CN]2.
The mechanism of thermal decomposition of the lead(Ⅱ) salt of 2,4-dinitroimidazole (PDNI) was studied by means of TG, simultaneous TG-DSC-FTIR-MS and thermolysis in situ rapid-scan FTIR. The results indicate that the coordinated H2O is firstly escaped from PDNI molecules at the temperature of approximately 102 ℃; NO2 is produced as C-NO2 bond is broken, the imidazole ring is ruptured with simultaneous strong exothermic process at the temperature of approximately 289 ℃, the gaseous and condensed products of PDNI consist of CO2, N2O, NO2 and complex mixtures of lead(Ⅱ) salt of poly unsaturated hydrocarbon from imidazole residual; CO2, N2O and Pb[NCO]2 are produced as PDNI continuously slowly decomposes in the temperature range of 300 to 400 ℃; CO and Pb[CN]2 are finally produced as temperature increases to higher than 410 ℃.
