摘要
自动测试系统(ATS)的出现为复杂装备系统的测试诊断开辟了一个新途径,它正朝着标准化、模块化、通用化方向发展。针对目前通用ATS不能通用的问题,研究了ATS的结构组成,描述了通用ATS的逻辑模型,然后就ATS通用化所涉及的关键技术进行了深入探讨,最后从工程应用的角度阐述了通用ATS的集成开发过程。
In the appearance of Automatic Test System (ATS) opens a new way for the complex equipment system test. It develops toward the direction of standardization, modularization and generalization. At present, with the problem of lack popularity of general ATS, the paper discussed the architecture and the logic model of general ATS, and further studied the key technologies of ATS generalization. Last but not least, the paper elaborated the integration process of general ATS in the aspect of engineering application.
