摘要
目的建立南昌市8个月~5岁正常儿童气道阻力的正常值。方法应用英国Micro Medical Ltd生产的MicroRint肺功能仪测定南昌市315名8个月~5岁正常儿童的气道阻力值,每个测试进行5次阻断,删除有明显偏差的数据,取中值作为测量结果。结果Rint(阻断阻力,即气道阻力)值<2岁儿童为(0.7±0.6)kPa/L/s,2~4岁为(0.4±0.3)kPa/L/s,>4岁为(0.3±0.2)kPa/L/s。流速Flow值<2岁儿童为(0.2±0.2)L/s,2~4岁为(0.4±0.3)L/s,>4岁为(0.6±0.3)L/s。结论随年龄增长,气道阻力Rint值逐渐下降,流速Flow值小于2岁者较低,2岁以后变化不大。
Objecitve To investigate the reference values of airway resistance parameters in healthy children at 8 months to 5 years old, and offer references of pulmonary function tests for the children in Nanchang. Methods MicroRint pulmonary function tests pyrometer made in Micro Medical Ltd of United Kingdom was used to measure the values of airway resistance in 315 healthy children from 8 months to 5 years old. Five interruptions were made and obviously declinational data were crossed out. Midvalues were used as results. Results Rint values of airway resistance and flow rates were 0.7±0.6kPa/L/s, 0.2±0.2L/s in children under 2 years old; with 0.4±0.3kPa/ L/s, (0.4±0.3)L/s aged from 2 to 4 years old and 0.3±0.2kPa/L/s, 0.6±0.3L/s over 4 years of age, respectively. Conclusions With the child age increasing, Rint values of airway resistance decrease gradually. Flow rates were lower in children under 2 years old, and keep equilibrium over the age of 2 years.
