摘要
研究了棕榈油生物柴油与0#柴油以不同配比混配时混配物的密度、硫含量、黏度、冷滤点和闪点等性质。混配物的密度和硫含量都与生物柴油在混配物中的体积分数呈线性关系。可用公式lnη=φlnη1+φ2lnη2预测混配物的动力黏度。随着混配物中0#柴油体积分数的增加,冷滤点降低;0#柴油体积分数在0~60%范围时冷滤点与0#柴油体积分数呈线性关系。当生物柴油体积分数在0~60%之间时,闪点随着生物柴油体积分数的增加而缓慢增加,当大于60%后,闪点的增加幅度增大。
The properties of palm biodiesel -0# diesel blends, such as density, sulfur content, viscosity, cold filter plug point (CFPP) and flash point, were measured. A linear relationship was reserved between the density or sulfur content and the volume fraction of biodiesel. The viscosity of blends could be predicted by a formula (lnη=φlnη1+φ2lnη2). The CFPP of blends decreased with the increase of the volume fraction of 0# diesel, and there existed a linear relationship in the range of 0 - 60%. The flash point increased slowly with the increase of the volume fraction of biodiesel when the volume fraction of biodiesel was below 60%, whereas it increased sharply when the volume fraction was above 60%.
