摘要
探讨应用傅里叶近红外光谱技术测定常用食用植物油(大豆油、花生油、葵花籽油)的过氧化值。结果表明:以一阶导数(DB1)结合单位长度归一化(Nle)后采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建模效果最好,定标集预测标准差(SEC)0.732,相关系数(R c)0.995,验证集预测标准差(SEP)0.821,相关系数(Rv)0.995,表明利用近红外光谱技术能快速测定食用植物油的过氧化值。
Peroxide value of several vegetable oils( soybean oil ,peanut oil, sunflower seed oil)was determined by near- infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. The results showed that the model with first derivative combined normalization to unit length (Nle) was the best. The standard error of calibration (SEC), standard error of validation (SEP),correlation coefficient of calibration set (C -set) and validation set (V -set) were 0. 732,0. 821, 0. 995,0. 995, respectively. The results demonstrated that NIR spectroscopy technology could be successfully applied as a rapid method for determining peroxide value in these several vegetable oils.
