乳腺导管原位癌诊治新进展

摘要 乳腺导管原位癌（ductal carcinoma in situ，DCIS）是乳腺导管系统恶性上皮细胞增生。因肿瘤小，临床上较难触及肿物，早期不易确诊。随着新技术和新方法在乳腺肿瘤普查中的广泛应用，DCIS的检出逐渐增多，传统的治疗方法也有了相应的改进。
