投料初期预分解系统堵塞的原因和预防措施

摘要 预分解系统内很多部位都可能发生堵塞,但主要发生在旋风筒锥体、各级下料管及翻板阀处。若发现不及时,有时能从下料管堵到预热器锥体,甚至整个旋风筒,而分解炉、烟室斜坡、连接管道、变径管等处有时也容易因料流不畅而堵塞。造成堵塞的原因主要是投料温度的控制不当,内漏风和外漏风的影响以及机械故障等。只有对堵塞原因具体分析,掌握规律,做好预防和处理工作,才能保证预热器和分解炉的正常工作。 Blocking can be occurred at many locations within precalcining system, but mostly occurred at cyclone cone body, various dumping ducts and (laps. In case the blockage cannot be found in time, blocking may be developed from dumping ducts to cyclone cone, and even up to the whole cyclone body. Sometimes, blocking may be happened in precalciner, rising duct at kiln inlet, connecting ducts and variable diameter ducts because of obstructed material flow. Main causes for blocking consist in unsuitable feeding temperature control, influence by-internal air leakage and outer air leakage, as well as mechanical malfunction etc. Attention should be paid to analyze the real cause of blockage, to find its regularity, to prevent it from happening and to treat it correctly after happening. Only in this way, normal operation for preheaters and precalciner can be ensured.
