枞阳海螺2500t/d熟料烧成系统的改造效果

Renovation result to the 2500 t/d clinker pyroprocessing system in Zongyang Conch Cement Co.

枞阳海螺两条2500t/d新型干法水泥生产线投产后,在较长时间内存在着系统工况不稳、能耗居高不下、劣质煤适应性差等一系列问题,为提高系统运行质量,达到节能降耗、优化经济指标的目的,公司实施了技术改造:缩小分解炉缩口;预热器C1筒锥部增加隔离板;喂煤秤上部下煤管道部分割除,增加膨胀仓,增设助流装置和拌热带;下煤管道上增加膨胀仓;窑头入煤磨热风管道上新增加沉降室。开窑投料后经过运行监控和跟踪调整,系统运行稳定,经济指标明显提高,改造取得了理想效果。

For a lone time after two 2 500 t/d PC cement production lines in Zongyang Conch Cement Co. have put into operation, a series problems exists as unstable operational conditions in the system, high energy consumption and poor suitability for faulty coals etc. Aiming at raising operational quality of the system, saving energy, reducing consumption and optimizing the economical targets, renovations are conducted by the Company, mainly consist in reducing the shrinkage in precalciner, adding an isolation flap at the cone of C, cyclone; partial cutting off the coal feeding duct above coal weighing feeder while adding an expanding chamber, a flow-aid device and a heat exchanging zone; adding an expanding chamber at coal feeding duct; and adding a precipitation chamber in hot gas duct which is leading to the coal mill. After putting into operation once again and followed by running inspection and tracing regulation, the system is operated stably under control, while the economical targets are substantially improved that means ideal results have been got in this renovation.
