右旋糖酐40不良反应695例分析

Analysis of 695 Cases Developing Adverse Reactions of Dextran 40

对国内14年间右旋糖酐40药物不良反应的临床报道进行文献计量学分析，结果表明695例药物不良反应病例主要为皮肤瘙痒（81.01％），过敏性休克及死亡（12.37％），肾功能损害（2.01％），急性心梗心电图（1．29％），肝功能损害（1．01％），心脏骤停（1．01％）。A型反应601例，B型反应94例，其中死亡12例。病例年龄在5～76岁,男性病例数为女性的2倍，原发病主要为脑血栓、脑梗塞（34．88%）、冠心病（25．58%）。

A mwtrological analysis was carried out on Chinese literature reported during past 14 year period regarding drugadverse reactions of dextran 40. The results showed that the main adverse reactions of 695 cases were cutaneous pruritis (81.01%),anaphylactic shock and death (12.37 %), renal dysfunction (2.01 %), ECG manifestation of acute cardiac infarction (1.29%), liverdysfunction (1.01 %), cardiac arrest (1.01 %) and A type reaction 601 cases,B type reaction 94 cases,of which 12 cases died;theirages ranged from 5 to 76 years;the number of male patients was twice that of female patients,the primary diseases were cerebralthrombosis and cerebral infarction (34.88 %), an(l coronary heart disease (25.58%).
