摘要
在回顾戊戌变法时期的国人办报高潮之前的办报情况基础上,从时代背景、启蒙思想、新式教育的普及以及当时的政策四个方面分析戊戌变法时期国人办报高潮出现的可能性和必然性。列举了这次办报高潮中的核心报人及其思想.并对这次办报高潮的影响及意义进行总结。
This thesis briefly reviewes the first climax of the Chinese ran newspapers during the end of 20 century. Through the analyzing of the background,enlightening idea, popularizing of the new education type and the policy, the article draws the conclusion of the possibility and inevitability of this movement.Then the article enumerates the leader of this movement and their theory, finally summarizes the considerable influences of this movement.
