Isolation and identification of constituents from the seeds of Linum usitatissimum L.

摘要 目的分离、鉴定脱脂亚麻子(Linum usitatissimum L.)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶吸附,氧化铝吸附,sephadex LH-20柱色谱等分离手段对亚麻子的化学成分进行分离;利用理化性质以及NMR、MS等波谱技术对化合物进行鉴定。结果分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:腺嘌呤核苷(adenosine,1)、4-β-D-葡萄糖基-香豆酸乙酯(4-β-D-glucopyranosylcoumaric acid ethyl ester,2)、裂环异落叶松脂素双糖苷(secoisolariciresinol diglucoside,3)、草棉黄素-3,8-O-双葡萄糖苷(her-bacetin3,8-O-diglucoside,4)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,5)。结论化合物1-2为首次从亚麻子中分离得到。 Objective To isolate the constituents of the seeds of Linum usitatissimum L. and identify their structures. Methods Solvent extraction and column chromatography were used to isolate chemical constitu- ents. Spectroscopic analysis ( NMR, El-MS ) were employed for structural identification. Results Five com- pounds were identified as adenosine ( 1 ) ,4-β-D-glucopyranosylcoumaric acid ethyl ester(2), secoisolaricires- inol diglucoside (3), herbacetin 3,8-O-diglucoside ( 4), daucosterol (5). Conclusions Compouds 1 and 2 are first isolated from Linum usitatissimum L..
