摘要
目的建立火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定化妆品中铅、镉。方法湿法消解样品后,应用DDTC-APDC络合铅、镉,经MIBK-正己烷萃取进一步浓缩,采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定铅、镉的含量。结果化妆品中铅、镉的萃取回收率分别为99.6%-104%、91.4%-98.9%,仪器精密度(RSD)分别为1.4%、t.4%,方法精密度(RSD)分别为1.9%、1.8%。结论该方法可准确检出-些化妆品中基底干扰大、金属含量低于仪器检出限的样品。
Objective To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) method to determine the content of lead and cadmium in cosmetics. Methods Cosmetic samples was wet digested prior to the use of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate-ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (DDTC-APDC) for complexing lead and cadmium, then extracted with MIBK-hexane and concerntrated. The content of lead and cadmium was measured by FAAS. Results Extraction recoveries of lead and cadmium in cosmetics were 99.6% - 103.5% and 91.4% -98.9 %, respectively ;RSD were all below 2.0%. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the detection of some cosmetics with respect to basement with strong interference and content of metal below the detection limit samples equipment.
