紫花苜蓿化学成分及药理活性的研究进展

Advances in the study on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Medicago sativa L.

目的对紫花苜蓿的化学成分和药理活性研究进展作一综述。方法按照化合物的结构类型对紫花苜蓿的化学成分进行分类综述,并且对其主要的药理活性进行综述。结果与结论紫花苜蓿含有多种活性化学成分,主要有黄酮类、皂苷类、挥发油、香豆素等化合物,具有降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、免疫调节、雌激素样作用、抗氧化、抗菌等药理活性。

Objective To review the study on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Medica- go sativa L.. Methods Based on the chemical structural types of these compounds, the constituents were re- viewed respectively. The main biological activities were also reviewed. Results and Conclusion The Medica- go sativa L. contains many kinds of chemical constituents, primarily including flavonoids, saponins, volatile oil, coumarin etc. They have many bioactivities. This review provides a reference to the research and devel- opment of Medicago sativa L..
