外商直接投资在我国经济中已经占有重要地位,在其影响日益深远的同时,虚假外资问题也不断突显出来。本文对中国虚假外资形成的过程、原因及对我国经济带来的危害进行了全面的阐述和分析,并给出一些建议。

FDI have played great role in China. In its increasingly far-reaching impact, we have noted that there exists some issues-falsely investment issues. This paper is to discuss this problem. This Paper discuss the process, the reasons and the bad effect to China＇s economy comprehensively. Finally provide a number of practical recommendations for the country＇ s policy makers to improve the work of attracting foreign investment.
