舌鳞癌中bcl-2的表达及意义

Expression of bcl-2 in Tongue Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

目的研究bcl-2蛋白在舌鳞癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法应用免疫细胞化学法检测舌癌Tca-8113细胞株bcl-2蛋白的表达;应用免疫组织化学法检测bcl-2蛋白在60例舌鳞癌组织中的表达情况。结果舌癌细胞株中bcl-2阳性表达,bcl-2在舌鳞癌中阳性表达率为53.3%(32/60)其阳性表达在有无淋巴结转移、病理分化等方面差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论bcl-2基因与舌鳞癌的自然发展过程有关,可能会成为舌癌新的诊断标志物基因治疗靶点。

Objective To study the expression of bcl - 2 protein in tongue carcinoma and its significance. Methods The expression of bcl - 2 protein was detected in Tca - 8113 cell line and 60 cases of tongue carcinoma tissues by immunohistochemistry. Results Bcl -2 protein was positive in Tca- 8113, The positive rate of bcl -2 protein was 53.3% （32/60） in tongue carcinoma tissues and the positive rate was correlated with lymph node metastasis and histological grade （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Bcl -2 gene is involved in the development of tongue carcinoma and probably becomes a new biomarker and target of gene therapy.
