高效液相色谱法测定速克感冒片中维生素C含量

Determination of Vitamin C in Suke Ganmao Tablets by HPLC

目的建立测定速克感冒片中维生素C含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测方法。方法采用岛津LC-10ATvp型高效液相色谱仪,Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾一乙腈(95:5),检测波长为249nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为25℃。结果维生素C进样量在0.08029～0.3211μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好((r=0.9998);回收率为99.45%,RSD为0.37%(n=6)。结论方法简便、快速、准确,可用于速克感冒片的维生素C含量测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of vitamin C in Suke Ganmao tablets. Methods The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18 （250mm × 4. 6mm,5μm）. The mobile phase was potassium phosphate monobasic -acetonitrile （95：5 ） and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The drift tube temperature was at 25℃. The gas flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Within the range of 0. 080 29 -0. 321 1 μg, the content of vitamin C had a good linear relationship （ r = 0. 9998）. Conclusion The method is easy, reliable sensitive and reproducible.
