摘要
Tau是一种微管相关蛋白,主要在神经细胞中表达,作用是促进微管的聚集及微管的稳定。在一些神经退行性的疾病中,如人类的阿尔氏海默氏病(Alzheimer’sdisease,AD)、皮克氏病(Pick’sdisease,PD)、牛的海绵状脑病(Bovinespongiformencephalopathy,BSE)等,Tau的代谢机制均发生了变化。这些Tau蛋白的改变包括突变、转录后修饰(如磷酸化)、异常Tau聚集以及自身不同异构体的表达,这些都能够引起病理学效应,从而导致神经紊乱症状的出现,这类疾病亦被称为Tau蛋白病(Tau病)。本文介绍Tau蛋白及其功能,并综述近期的研究进展。

Thus, here we intend to introduce this protein and its function, also to understand recent developments.
