血液粘滞性在血型方面的特异性表现

THE SPECLAL EXPRESSIONS OF BLOOD VISCOSITY ON BLOOD GROUPS

血液粘滞性是血液流变学的一个重要组成部分。由于血液流变学在医学上有着重要的意义，所以，人们愈来愈重视对血液粘滞性的研究。但是，对于血液粘滞性与ＡＢＯ血型间是否存在着一定的联系这一问题，目前，尚无人进行全面系统的研究。本文根据各方面的资料，从血液流变学角度论证了以血液粘滞诸因素为变量的血液粘滞性与ＡＢＯ血型具有相关性，即血液粘滞诸因素在不同血型中的表现是不同的。笔者认为，对这一问题的研究，不仅对疾病的预防、诊断及治疗有着十分重要的意义，而且还是血液流变遗传学这一新学科的补充与完善。为此，笔者在文中提出了对这一问题的研究方向及展望。

The blood viscosity takes an important role in the field of hemorrheology.Hemorrheology is very important in medicine,so,more and more attentions have been paid on the research of blood viscosity.However,up to new no systemical research has been made about whether there is a relationship between blood viscosity and ABO blood groups.The relationship between blood viscosity and ABO blood groups was discussed in this paper based on lot of references.In the discussion,the blood viscous factors was taken as variables,that is,the blood viscous factors take different roles in diferent ABO blood groups.In the view of author,the research about this problem not only has great importance in protection,diagnosis and cure of diseases,but also is a contribution to the achievement and perfection of hemorrheology,The prediction of the research about this problem was discussed.
