摘要 自适应卡尔曼滤波分光光度法同时测定环境水中的汞和镉①戈早川李志良②江西医学院预防医学系(南昌330006)以对—偶氮苯重氮氨基偶氮苯磺酸(ADAAS)为显色剂,采用自适应卡尔曼滤波分光光度法同时测定了环境水中的汞和镉。汞和镉的回收率分别为976%?.. daptive Kalman filtering spectrophotometry has been developed for the simultaneous determination of mercury and cadmium in environmental water sample with pazobenzenediazoaminoazobenzene sutfonic acid (ADAAS) as a chromogenic reagent. The recoveries of mercury and cadmium were within 97.6%-104.6% and 95.8%-102.3% respectively: The relative Standard deviation were within 2.78%-4.21% and 1.17%-3.43% respectively. The determination of mercury and cadmium in the synthetic water sample has showed that the results of adaptive kalman filtering spectrophotometry were better than those of original Kalman filtering spectrophotometry.
