口腔生态环境中的纳米菌与口腔疾病间的关系

摘要 纳米菌较普通细菌小100%,能产生坚硬的矿化外壳,参与结石的形成,与多种疾病有关。随着纳米菌生物学特性地不断揭示,纳米菌已经成为当今研究的一个热点。口腔生态环境中的唾液、牙表面、牙菌斑、牙石和髓石内存在着大量的纳米菌。本文在复习大量文献的基础上,就纳米菌的微生物学特性及其与口腔疾病的关系等作一综述。 Nanobacteria, much smaller than other common bacteria, can create an adamant shell. It participates the formation of the calculus and is relevant to many kinds of disease. With its bionomics revealed consecutively, nanobacteria has become a hot spot of research. In the ecological environment of the oral cavity, There is a great deal of nanobacteria everywhere, such as in saliva, on the surface of the teeth, in dental plaque, in calculus den- talis, in pulp stone and so on. This text is written after reviewing a great quantity of literature. The relationship between the nanobacteria and other disease was raviewed.
