双波长分光光度法测定α-萘乙酸及其降解产物

摘要 本文用双波长紫外分光光度法同时测定α—萘乙酸及其降解产物α—萘甲醛的含量。实验表明:α—萘乙酸和α—萘甲醛在0.5—50mg/L的浓度范围,对于波长232,252,281,298nm的吸收均满足比耳吸收定律,方法的回收率在96.4%—103.3%,检出限为0.5mg/L。对实际试样的分析取得满意的结果,相对误差小于±0.6%。 The method of dual-wavelength spectrophotometry was used to determine concentrations of α-naphthylacetic acid (NAA) and catabolite α-naphthaldehyde (ND).The experimental result make clear that concentration rangs of NAA and ND were from 0.5mg/L to 50mg/L.The absorptions of the two substances at four wavelengthes were totally fitted by Beer`s Law.Their recovery proportions were from 96.4% to 103.3%.The detection limit is 0.5mg/L.The practical samples were analyzed with satisfactory results.The relative deviations were less than ±0.6%. 
