As the world immaterial cultural heritage, the medicine culture is an important part of Babylonian civilization. The medicine culture in the Babylonian period underwent three stages of development： the astrology-oriented magic medicine period, the religion - oriented witchcraft medicine period and the secularity-oriented empirical period. The three stages are developed not evenly but in an interwoven way, which formed the unique Babylonian medicine culture. At the same time, Babylon is the first nation to make medical law.
