盐酸特拉唑嗪治疗轻中度高血压病34例疗效观察

STUDY ON TERAZOSIN FOR TREATMENT OF MILD AND MODERATE HYPERTENSION

目的：观察国产盐酸特拉唑嗪片对轻、中度高血压病的疗效。方法：盐酸特拉唑嗪片首剂１ｍｇ，睡前口服；第一周１ｍｇ／日，以后视病情逐渐增加剂量，４周为一疗程，同时设自身对照组对比。结果：降压有效率８８％，以降低舒张压为主。结论：国产盐酸特拉唑嗪片治疗轻、中度高血压病疗效确切。

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic result of terazosin for treatment of mild and moderate hypertension. METHOD: 1 mg terazosin taken orally per day for the first week and more dosage may be added according to patient’s reaction afterwards. The total course of treatment covered four weeks. A control group was established for comparision. RESULTS: Terazosin was effective in 88 per cent patients and mainly decreased diastolic pressure. CONCLUSION: Terazosin has definitive effect of hypotension for mild and moderate hypertension.
