摘要
目的探讨pRb2/p130和p27在人口腔鳞状细胞癌(Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma,OSCC)中的表达及意义。方法采用SABC法免疫组织化学技术检测,38例口腔鳞癌组织和10例正常口腔粘膜的pRb2/p130和p27蛋白的表达。采用统计学分析和Image-Proplus5.0分析软件进行图像分析。结果pRb2/p130蛋白在口腔鳞癌的阳性表达低于正常口腔粘膜中的表达,二者有显著性差异(P<0.05),其在口腔鳞癌低分化组和高分化组中的阳性表达,二者有显著性差异(P<0.05);p27蛋白在口腔鳞癌低于正常口腔粘膜中的阳性表达,二者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在口腔鳞癌中pRb2/p130蛋白和p27蛋白表达呈显著相关性。结论pRb2/p130和p27蛋白在人口腔鳞癌中的阳性表达率随肿瘤恶性程度的增高而降低,两者可能有协同抑制人口腔鳞癌发生和恶性进展的作用。
Objective To investigate the expressions of pRb2/p130 and p27 protein in oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCC). Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used in this study to detect the expressions of pRb2/p130 and p27 protein in 38 OSCCs and 10 normal oral mueosas. Using statistical analysis and the Image-Proplus5. 0 analysis software carries on the image analysis. Results The pRb2/p130 staining frequency in OSCC was significantly lower than that in normal oral mucosa,the two have the significance difference (P〈0. 05). In its oral squamous cell carcinoma and poorly differentiated group of well differentiated group of positive expression, there was significant difference (P 〈 0. 05). p27 protein in OSCC than normal oral mueosa of expression, the two had the significant difference (P〈 0.05). In oral squamous cell pRb2/p130 protein and protein expression of p27 was significantly related to each other. Conclusions pRb2/p130 and p27 protein in OSCC of the positive rate of malignant tumors with high levels are lower. Both may be inhibiting co-occurrence of human oral squamous ceil carcinoma and malignant progression.
