摘要
目的为海绵窦显微外科手术提供解剖学参数。方法在4~25倍手术显微镜放大下,对15例成人头颅进行了海绵窦外侧壁三角解剖学测量。结果测量了外侧壁6个三角,通过这些三角所显示海绵窦内结构及腔隙的范围。结论应用这些三角解剖学测量,可指导安全切开海绵窦,既不损伤重要神经血管,又能进入海绵窦内的安全手术入路。
Objective To put forward anatomy parameter about the cavernous sinus for microneu- ro surgery. Methods The micro surgical gauge anatomy of triangle in the lateral wall of cavernous sinus was studied in 15 adult cadaver brains under micro supe of 4 to 25 magnification. Results All of 6 triangle on the lateral wall were gauged to show content and anatomy cavity about cavernous sinus. Conclusions It may guide micro surgical operation of the cavernous sinus to avoid injury of important vessels and nerves, then into cavernous sinus safely.
