摘要 以羧甲基纤维素为主要原料,在引发剂和催化剂的共同作用下,与丙烯酸进行化学引发接枝共聚反应合成改性的天然有机高分子絮凝剂。考察了各反应因素对絮凝剂收率的影响,从而得出最佳的实验方案。即对本接枝反应有利的各因素范围:反应温度为80℃、单体浓度为30%、AA:CMC为10:3、反应时间为4h、丙烯酸和氢氧化钠溶液的中和度为75%。用上述工艺条件进行反应得到的产品对造纸废水进行处理,其浊度去除率达97.8%,COD去除率达80.9%。能比较好地满足造纸废水处理。 The graft copolymerization between CMC and AA were carried out with catalyst and initiator, and then the modified organic high molecular flocculating agent was synthesized. The effects of some reaction factors on the yield of flocculating agent were investigated, and the optimal experiment design was obtained. The best conditions for this experiment were as follows: the temperature was 80℃, the monomer concentration was 30%, AA: CMC=10:3, the neutralization degree of AA and NaOH was 75% and the reaction time was 4h. The turbidity removal rate reaches 97.8% and the COD removal rate is 80.9% when uses this modified flocculating agent in wastewater which is from paper making. So it can meet the requirement of treating wastewater.
