南县新一轮乡镇合并中的问题与对策研究

Problem and countermeasure research on the new turn of villages and towns mergence in Nan County

为了使小城镇的发展真正成为推进我国城镇化进程的途径,必须进行乡镇合并,从区域的角度出发进行更有效的资源配置,形成城镇间良好的互动发展关系,推动区域的健康发展;以益阳市南县为例,介绍其乡镇区划调整的历史沿革,乡镇合并的原则和依据,分析南县新一轮乡镇合并的特点及存在的主要问题;提出对策建议。

To cause the development of small cities to truly become the way of advancing our country＇ s urbanization, we must carry on villages and towns mergence, carry on more effective resources disposition from the regional angle, form good interaction and development relations between the cities, impel healthy development of regions.This article takes Nan county of Yiyang City as example, introduces the historical evolution of its adjustment of villages and town＇ s district, the principle and the basis of the villages and towns mergence, analyzes the characteristic and main problems in the new turn of villages and towns mergence, finally proposes suggestions to solve the problem on this foundation.
