全身炎症反应综合征患者血小板参数变化及其意义探讨

Variation and the significance of blood platelet parameters in the patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome

目的观察全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）患者血液中血小板计数、平均血小板体积和血小板分布宽度（PDW）的变化，探讨血小板参数变化在炎症反应中的意义。方法采用LH750血细胞分析仪检测42例确诊为SIRS患者及20例正常对照人群的血小板参数。结果与对照组比较，SIRS患者入院时PLT明显下降（P〈0．01），MPV及PDW上升（P〈0．05）；与治疗前比较，SIRS患者治愈后PLT显著上升（P〈0．01），MPV及PDW显著下降（P〈0．05）。结论通过对SIRS患者血小板参数的测定可以协助临床诊断和疗效观察。

Objective To investigate the changes of platelet count （ PLT）, mean platelet volume （ MPV ） and platelet distribution width （ PDW ） in the blood of patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome （SIRS） , and to evaluate the significance of the changes of platelet parameters in the inflammatory reaction. Methods Platelet parameters of 42 patients with SIRS as well as 20 healthy person were detected with LH750 blood cell analyzer. Results PLT were lower in patients with SIRS at admission than in the control group （ P 〈0.01 ）, while the MPV and PDW were higher （ P 〈0.05 }. After the treatment, PLT increased significantly （P 〈0.01） , and MPV and PDW decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Platelet parameters could help the clinical diagnosis and the evaluation of curative effect in the patients with SIRS.
