特发性乙状窦血栓形成1例报道

摘要 1 病例介绍 患者，女，54岁，阵发性头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐1个月，加重2d于2006—11—07来急诊。该患于1个月前开始发作右侧头痛并逐渐加重，颅脑CT未发现异常，拟诊血管性头痛，给予20％甘露醇250mL和维脑路通治疗后明显好转，但停药后又发作，先后曾应用川芎嗪、红花注射液等药物治疗。2d前突然头痛加重，左侧头部持续胀痛明显，伴恶心、呕吐。无耳鸣、听力异常和中耳炎病史，近期无发热和外伤史。
