摘要
给出了一种新的数据采集传输系统硬件和软件设计方案,硬件主要由微处理器芯片S3C2410和芯片CS8900A等构成,采集前端数据通过以太网传输到远端服务器。软件引入μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统保证数据传输的高性能、稳定性和实时性,通过数据加密处理保证数据传输的安全性,实现工业现场的智能在线监测。应用表明,该系统运行稳定可靠、安全性强、实时性高。
In this paper, a new scheme for data-collecting transmissive system is proposed.It consists of hardware and software.In the hardware, which is mainly maken up of S3C2410 microprocessor and CS8900A chip, data can be collected and transmitted to the remote server through the ethemet. In the software, which is based on μC / OS-II real operating system and data encryption processing, the data transmission with the high performance, stability, timeliness and security is ensured and the intelligent online monitoring is realized. It has been shown that the system has high reliability, strong timeliness and good security through some applications.
