摘要 针对创新型国家的知识信息服务体系评价,论述国家创新发展中的知识信息服务与效益,提出以效益为中心的知识信息服务系统构建和分层联动指标体系架构,完善知识信息服务机构绩效评价。 To research on the evaluation system of knowledge information service for innovative country, the paper introduces knowledge information service and benefit meanings, proposes the knowledge information service benefit evaluation system and delamination linkage index system, perfects institution performance evaluation system in knowledge information service.
