英美公共图书馆网站版权声明的比较研究——基于英国大英图书馆和美国国会图书馆的分析

Comparative Analysis of the copy right in the site of Britain and the United States Public Libraries

选取国外图书馆界具有代表的两大图书馆——英国大英图书馆和美国国会图书馆的网站版权声明,从网站资源、版权说明、隐私权、责任条款、安全规则5方面对它们进行比较研究,获悉英美两国公共图书馆建立网站的目的、如何管理数字版权问题、馆藏资源应选择性数字化、关注儿童健康网络环境、关注信息伦理问题及明确公共图书馆的义务与责任6方面的现状。

This paper selects tow major public libraries overseas, named as the copyright in the site of the British Library and the Library of Congress, and compares them with one another in the aspects of web resources, the copyright, privacy, the liabilities and the safety rules. It can be concluded from the research that the two major public libraries built a site for the users who can not reach the library; they greatly take attention to the copyright of the digital resources; the selective collection of digital resources to build the site; they concern about the health of net＇s surrounding of the children; the focus of information ethics and the obligation and liabilities.
